LOS ANGELES, Oct. 24 (UPI) -- U.S. celebrity chef Sandra Lee said one of her No Bake birthday cakes was used by Hollywood star Angelina Jolie for her son's birthday.

An unidentified friend told the host of "Semi-Homemade Cooking with Sandra Lee" Jolie prepared one of the chef's no-fuss cakes for her son Maddox's birthday in August, People.com reported Friday.

"I was really surprised when her friend let me know she made my No Bake birthday cake," Lee said. "She's a 'Semi-Homemade' mommy just like the rest of us!"

Lee, 43, said she was impressed the 34-year-old actress took the time to make the cake, which features a store-bought white sheet cake topped with a round cake, cookies and cupcakes.

"She's a very busy, overextended mother," Lee told People. "I'm very proud not just that she made my cake but that someone of her stature isn't delegating these (tasks), like her children's birthday, to other people."

While Jolie balances acting, six children and humanitarian work, Lee is ready to support "Semi-Homemade" and the Food Network's "Sandra's Money Saving Meals" with three new cookbooks due out Monday.

Ridley Scott (Gladiator) is in discussions with Angelina Jolie for a femme fatale role in "Gucci," a drama about murder and decadence in the Gucci fashion dynasty.

Fox 2000 is preparing the film to go in front of the cameras next year, and Scott is talking with Jolie to play Patrizia Reggiano, who was sentenced to 29 years in jail for plotting the murder of her ex-husband, Maurizio Gucci.

The studio is looking to hire a scribe to re-write the drama that recaptures the glamorous days of the Gucci family dynasty in the 1970s and '80s, when the family was selling $500 million in product annually. Squabbles hobbled the clan until Maurizio, the grandson of founder Guccio Gucci, came out on top of a power struggle to run the family business. Just when he was about to reestablish the brand name by debuting a line designed by newcomer -- and now film director -- Tom Ford, Maurizio was gunned down in front of his Milan apartment in 1995.

Since this project is a priority, Scott needs to lock down an actor to play Maurizio. The director has approached his "Body of Lies" star Leonardo DiCaprio, but he is not attached at this point.

London: She may be raising six kids with husband and actor Brad Pitt, but Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie is still going strong and wants to expand her family.

The 34-year-old mother confirmed that she and Pitt are planning to adopt again and have another biological child, Life & Style magazine reported.

"I can see further additions to the family, both adopted and our own," Jolie said.

However, the actress insists that she does not want to get overboard with raising kids as it's a tough task to master.

"There's always one of ours demanding that I help colour something very important with crayons," she added.

The 'Original Sin' star's work as the Goodwill Ambassador for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees is also responsible for her love towards kids as it has exposed her to children mired in poverty and war worldwide.

"They want one more biological baby and an adopted baby for now. But who knows what the future holds. Some people get addicted to drugs and alcohol, but Brad and Angie are addicted to children," a source told the magazine.
