| Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie: Venice Brunchers - The Gossip Girls Posted: 20 Mar 2010 11:48 AM PDT Enjoying a lovely Saturday morning together, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were spotted in Venice, Italy earlier today (March 20). The "Mr and Mrs Smith" co-stars/real life partners boarded a boat with daughter Shiloh and son Maddox en route to grab a bite to eat along the Grand Canal. Meanwhile, Jolie and Johnny Depp have been hard at work on the set of "The Tourist" as of late, although production was forced to come to a halt earlier this week due to a horde of fans that turned up to catch a glimpse of the action. The plot revolves around Frank (Depp), a tourist who visits Italy to mend a broken heart, who crosses paths with "an extraordinary woman" named Elise Enjoy the pictures of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie stepping out in Venice, Italy (March 20). Johnny's safe, Vanessa's notMaybe Vanessa Paradis has been wrong all along. She's been so worried that Angelina Jolie would be trying to get with Vanessa's long-time boyfriend Johnny Depp on the set of The Tourist. But it sounds like Angelina could be more interested in Vanessa than she is in Johnny! Just because Johnny Depp is an extremely handsome man, doesn't mean Angelina Jolie is getting ready to leave Brad Pitt and jump on Johnny. In fact, she's just plain not interested in Johnny Depp. So, it sounds like Vanessa Paradis really had nothing to worry about all along. But Johnny Depp could have something to worry about if he has Vanessa come visit him on the set of The Tourist. Because Angelina could actually be interested in Vanessa! A source for the Enquirer says, "Angelina laughed when she read the reports about her supposedly having a crush on Johnny. She pointed out that while there's no doubt he's a great-looking guy, there's nothing especially exciting about him - and she thinks his girlfriend is way hotter. Ever since Angie first saw magazine photos of Vanessa, she has wanted to meet her..." Wow! I think most of us would beg to differ that there's "nothing especially exciting" about Johnny we're glad to hear Vanessa's Johnny is safe from the wrath of Angelina. But beware, Vanessa, because Angelina Jolie could be after you soon! Should Brad Pitt be worried?

Angelina Jolie leans back and takes in the view as she films scenes for her new film The Tourist. However, it was not the scenic boat ride down a canal in Venice that appeared to be grabbing the actress's attention. Dressed in a fitted grey dress, the 34-year-old brunette looked like she might have had some assistance from some kind of conical bra. Earlier in the week she was spotted with Depp filming scenes on the city's network of waterways. The pair enjoyed a short cruise as they shot the film - but it could quite easily have been mistaken for something a bit more romantic.

Dressed in the beige outfit she has been seen in on numerous occasions, Angelina, smiled broadly as she rode beside Depp, 46, in a river taxi oblivious to the rumours that his long-term partner is unhappy at the onscreen pairing. The new film centres around an American tourist named Frank Taylor, Depp, who is used by an Interpol agent, Cara Mason (Jolie), to help capture a criminal she once had an affair with. The pair soon arrived at Venice's luxury Hotel Daniele, just a few steps away from the city's iconic Saint Mark's Square where the scene continued. French singer Paradis, Depp's girlfriend, is said to be unhappy that Depp and Jolie are set to film an intense love scene for the film which is based on one of crime novelist Patricia Cornwell's Kay Scarpetta novels. Jolie, famously fell in love with co-star Brad Pitt while shooting Mr & Mrs Smith together. But Depp told Hello! Magazine that he is excited to work with Angelina for the first time in his stellar career. The father-of-two – who has lived with partner Vanessa Paradis since 1998 – described Angelina as a 'treat' when they met up to discuss the project.
