Angelina Jolie's children won't be able to touch the money left to them by their late grandmother, Marcheline Bertrand, until they turn 25. French actress Bertrand left a large portion of her estate to Jolie's kids Maddox, 8, Zahara, 4, and Shiloh, 3 -- the three grandchildren she met before she lost her battle with ovarian cancer in January 2007. They were each left $100,000, but according to papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court last week, the money has been placed in trust funds and the kids will only gain access to their inheritance on their 25th birthdays, reports TMZ.com. Jolie's three other children with partner Brad Pitt were not included in Bertrand's will: Pax, 6, who was adopted two months after his grandmother's death and twins Knox and Vivienne, who were born in July 2008. Bertrand, who died at the age of 56, left her $661,000 estate in the hands of Jolie and her brother, James Haven. Man oh man, Angelina Jolie has really flown off the handle at Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston this time. The previous seven weeks had nothing on this meltdown! Who would have guessed Angie would be so upset, given that she herself was cheating on Brad last week. At least that's what we read in the tabloids. Also, how classic are the Enquirer cover pics? That could be anyone's hand, and the bloody nose shot of Brad may or may not be from this century. Quit mailing 'em in like this, guys. French actress Bertrand left a large portion of her estate to Jolie's kids Maddox, eight, Zahara, four, and Shiloh, three - the three grandchildren she met before she lost her battle with ovarian cancer in January 2007. They were each left $100,000 (£62,500), but according to papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court last week (ends01Jan10), the money has been placed in trust funds and the kids will only gain access to their inheritance on their 25th birthdays, reports Tmz.com. Jolie's three other children with partner Brad Pitt were not included in Bertrand's will - Pax, six, was adopted two months after his grandmother's death, while biological twins Knox and Vivienne were born in July 2008. Marcheline Bertrand, who died of ovarian cancer aged 56 in 2007, was said to have left three of the couple's six kids 100,000 dollars each in a trust fund. According to TMZ, documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court apparently state that Maddox, 8, Zahara, 4, and Shiloh, 3, will have access to the money when they turn 25, reports People magazine. Pax, who was adopted by the pair in 2007, and their 17-month-old twins Knox and Vivienne will not receive an inheritance since they arrived after Bertrand updated her will in 2006. --ANI
